HOKKAIDO CHUO BUS CO., LTD. <9085> [SSE] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 80.3% from the previous period to 2.63 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 24.2% from the previous period to 2 billion yen.

At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 50 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 42.8% from the same period last year, reaching 2.09 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 14.3% in the same period last year to 19.0%.
