Earnings ReportASANUMA CORPORATION <1852> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 52.0% from the previous period to 6.54 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.2% to 6.82 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 37 yen to 41 yen (compared to 203 yen before the 5-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 41.5 yen, an increase of 0.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.17 billion yen, a 24.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.5% in the same period last year to 3.0%.
