Earnings ReportNihon M&A Center Holdings Inc. <2127> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 2.4% from the previous period to 16.9 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.5% to 17 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of profit growth.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 28.2% from the same period last year, reaching 6.2 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 37.2% in the same period last year to 43.3%.
