Earnings ReportTOKYO ELECTRON DEVICE LIMITED <2760> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 28th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 18.0% from the previous period to 11.4 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 12.4% from the previous period to 10 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 117 yen to 119 yen (compared to 257 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 96 yen, a decrease of 23 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 3.48 billion yen, a 17.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 7.2% in the same period last year to 6.6%.
