Earnings ReportChugai Ro Co.,Ltd. <1964> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 28th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 75.2% from the previous period to 3 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 4.9% to 3.15 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 120 yen to 150 yen (compared to 80 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 150 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 31.6% from the same period last year, reaching 2.51 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 17.7% in the same period last year to 17.5%.
