Guidance Update ReportNIPPON GEAR CO.,LTD. <6356> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 28th (13:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 25.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.67 billion yen to 2.1 billion yen (compared to 2.15 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 22.4% to 2.4%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) ordinary profit has been revised upward 57.3%, from the previous forecast of 0.75 billion yen to 1.18 billion yen (compared to 1.32 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 43.5% to 11.1%.
