HOKKAIDO GAS CO., LTD. <9534> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 28th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 9.2% from the previous period to 14.4 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.5% to 14.5 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 54 yen to 55 yen (compared to 80 yen before the 5-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 20 yen, taking into account the previous year's forward stock split, this dividend represents an actual increase of 5.3%.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 9.11 billion yen, an increase of 2.0% compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin rose from 15.0% in the same period last year to 15.5%.
