Earnings ReportKANDENKO CO.,LTD. <1942> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 28th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 39.5% from the previous period to 59.4 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 7.6% to 64 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the fifth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 90 yen, an increase of 8 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 16.1 billion yen, a 1.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 8.2% in the same period last year to 7.6%.
