Fukuoka REIT <8968> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 16th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 increased 23.0% from the previous period to 3.96 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending August 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.2% to 3.97 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 4037 yen to 4096 yen (compared to 3850 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 4100 yen.
