Guidance Update ReportSHINOBU FOODS PRODUCTS CO.,LTD. <2903> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on April 15th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 5.3%, from the previous forecast of 2.5 billion yen to 2.36 billion yen (compared to 2.4 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 1.7% decrease in profit.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 10.6%, from the previous forecast of 1.25 billion yen to 1.11 billion yen (compared to 1.05 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 18.8% to 6.2%.
At the same time, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 25 yen to 27 yen (compared to 25 yen in the previous period).
