Fusion Co.,Ltd. <3977> [SSE Ambs] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending February 2025 dropped 74.0% from the previous period to 13 million yen. In the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is expected to recover to 69.2% to 22 million yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the ordinary profit significantly dropped to 4 million yen, a 55.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 2.6% in the same period last year to 1.0%.
