Guidance Update ReportMITANI SANGYO CO.,LTD. <8285> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend at noon (12:30) on April 14th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 1.9%, from the previous forecast of 2.6 billion yen to 2.65 billion yen (compared to 2.44 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 6.4% to 8.5%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 3.5%, from the previous forecast of 1.43 billion yen to 1.48 billion yen (compared to 1.26 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 14.0% to 17.9%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 9.5 yen to 10 yen (compared to 9 yen in the previous period).
