Hankyu Hanshin REIT Inc. <8977> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 19th (16:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending May 2025 has been revised upward 9.5%, from the previous forecast of 2.18 billion yen to 2.39 billion yen (compared to 2.19 billion yen in the previous period), reaches new record high for the first time in ten terms, turning to a 8.9% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 3140 yen to 3280 yen (compared to 3155 yen in the previous period).
