Guidance Update Report

Kakaku.com,Inc. <2371> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 19th (16:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 2.1%, from the previous forecast of 19.4 billion yen to 19.8 billion yen (compared to 18 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 7.2% to 9.4%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in five years.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated net income is expected to increase 4.1%, from the previous forecast of 9.81 billion yen to 10.2 billion yen (compared to 10.1 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 0.3% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
