Earnings ReportDAIWA CYCLE CO.,LTD. <5888> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 17th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending January 2025 expanded 72.4% from the previous period to 1.38 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 1.6% to 1.4 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the seventh consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 37 yen to 66 yen (compared to 49 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 68 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the ordinary profit surged 2.0 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.13 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.0% in the same period last year to 3.1%.
