Guidance Update ReportAgratio urban design Inc. <3467> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 17th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 18.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.86 billion yen to 2.21 billion yen (compared to 1.29 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 44.6% to 71.7%, reaches new record high for the first time in three terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 36.8%, from the previous forecast of 0.95 billion yen to 1.3 billion yen (compared to 1.28 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 1.0% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 78 yen to 93 yen (compared to 60 yen in the previous period).
