Ascentech K.K. <3565> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 17th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 increased 73.5% from the previous period to 1.21 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to expand to 42.0% to 1.73 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 20 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.2 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.37 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin sharply declined from 10.6% in the same period last year to 3.2%.
