Earnings ReportNEOJAPAN Inc. <3921> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 expanded 49.0% from the previous period to 2.04 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 5.7% to 2.16 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourteenth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 31 yen to 40 yen (compared to 23 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 42 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.6 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.59 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 12.8% in the same period last year to 29.0%.
