The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 decreased 5.0% from the previous period to 1.34 billion yen, falling below the forecast of 1.5 billion yen, a complete reversal from the forecasted increase in profit. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 18.0% from the previous period to 1.1 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.
In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.06 billion yen, a 61.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 2.9% in the same period last year to 1.8%.
