GreenEnergy & Company Inc. <1436> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May 2024 to January 2025) dropped 36.6% from the same period last year to 135 million yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 560 million yen was 24.1%, also falling below the five-year average of 59.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to expand 47.1% from the same period last year, reaching 425 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 2 million yen, a 90.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 2.1% in the same period last year to 1.1%.
