Earnings ReportMitsui High-tec, Inc. <6966> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 decreased 22.0% from the previous period to 16.9 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 26.2% from the previous period to 12.5 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 18 yen, taking into account the previous year's forward stock split, this dividend represents an actual increase of 2.3%.
In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 3.96 billion yen, a 20.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 9.7% in the same period last year to 8.0%.
