Guidance Update ReportTOKAI LEASE CO.,LTD. <9761> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 2.1 times, from the previous forecast of 0.63 billion yen to 1.35 billion yen (compared to 1.06 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 27.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 5.3 times, from the previous forecast of 0.16 billion yen to 0.88 billion yen (compared to 0.72 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 22.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 100 yen to 120 yen (compared to 60 yen in the previous period).
