Guidance Update ReportUEKI CORPORATION <1867> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 5th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 15.9%, from the previous forecast of 2.2 billion yen to 2.55 billion yen (compared to 2.65 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 17.1% to 3.9%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 27.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.29 billion yen to 1.64 billion yen (compared to 2.31 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 44.2% to 29.1%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 70 yen to 90 yen (compared to 70 yen in the previous period).
