Guidance Update ReportFUSO CHEMICAL CO.,LTD. <4368> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 18th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 19.7%, from the previous forecast of 13.7 billion yen to 16.4 billion yen (compared to 11.8 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 15.3% to 38.0%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 46.9%, from the previous forecast of 5.75 billion yen to 8.45 billion yen (compared to 5.63 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 2.0% to 49.9%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 70 yen to 73 yen (compared to 66 yen in the previous period).
