HAMAI CO.,LTD <6131> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 5th (18:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 30.0%, from the previous forecast of 400 million yen to 280 million yen (compared to 861 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 53.5% to 67.5%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 39.2%, from the previous forecast of 306 million yen to 186 million yen (compared to 397 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 22.9% to 53.1%.

At the same time, In conjunction with a Tender Offer Bid (TOB), the company has decided to forgo the year-end lump-sum dividend of 35 yen for the current fiscal year.
