HI-LEX CORPORATION <7279> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on December 13th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending October 2024 dropped 48.8% from the previous period to 2.72 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2025, the profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 65.0% to 4.5 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 46 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 312 million yen (compared to a profit of 2.48 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 1.9% in the same period last year to -1.3%.
