Guidance Update ReportASO FOAM CRETE Co.,Ltd. <1730> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 9th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has downwardly 30.5%, from the previous forecast of 131 million yen to 91 million yen (compared to a loss of 174 million yen in the previous period).
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) ordinary profit has downwardly 16.4%, from the previous forecast of 244 million yen to 204 million yen (compared to a loss of 59 million yen in the same period of the previous year).
At the same time, In conjunction with a Tender Offer Bid (TOB), the company has decided to forgo the year-end lump-sum dividend of 5 yen for the current fiscal year.
