Guidance Update ReportNiitaka Co., Ltd. <4465> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 9th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending May 2025 has been revised upward 56.0%, from the previous forecast of 1 billion yen to 1.56 billion yen (compared to 705 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 41.8% to 2.2 times, reaches new record high for the first time in three terms.
In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been significantly increased from the original plan of 26 yen to 40 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 26 yen to 40 yen. The annual dividend will be 80 yen (compared to 44 yen in the previous period).
