Earnings ReportArr Planner Co.,Ltd. <2983> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 9th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending January 2025 (February to October) turned into a profit of 1.41 billion yen (compared to a loss of 168 million yen in the same period last year).
In addition, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 1.5 billion yen to 2 billion yen (compared to 357 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 4.2 times to 5.6 times. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in three years.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the August to January period (second half) is expected to increase 2.1 times, from the previous forecast of 453 million yen to 953 million yen (compared to 200 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 2.3 times to 4.8 times.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 30 yen to 45 yen (compared to 15 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of profit of 370 million yen (compared to a loss of 325 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -4.8% in the same period last year to 4.5%.
