GOOD LIFE COMPANY,INC. <2970> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) increased by 27.3% from the same period last year, reaching 1.19 billion yen. The progress rate against the 1.55 billion yen full-year plan was 77.4%, also surpassing the five-year average of 71.6%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to surge by 3.8 times that of the same period last year, reaching 351 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 415 million yen, an increase of 2.0% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 11.8% in the same period last year to 9.7%.
