NIPPON CONCEPT CORPORATION <9386> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) decreased by 27.2% from the same period last year to 2.14 billion yen. The progress rate against the 3.02 billion yen full-year plan was 70.7%, also falling below the five-year average of 77.6%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to expand by 59.5% from the same period last year, reaching 887 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 633 million yen, a 24.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 18.8% in the same period last year to 15.1%.
