ASAHI RUBBER INC. <5162> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 30th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has downwardly by 89.4%, from the previous forecast of 263 million yen to 28 million yen (compared to 195 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 85.6% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 111 million yen to a loss of 57 million yen (compared to a profit of 35 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
