Guidance Update ReportTAKADA CORPORATION <1966> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 30th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 84.1%, from the previous forecast of 880 million yen to 1.62 billion yen (compared to 1.53 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 5.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 22.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.64 billion yen to 2 billion yen (compared to 2.38 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 31.2% to 16.1%.
