NF HOLDINGS CORPORATION <6864> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision in the morning on October 24th (10:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 2.8 times, from the previous forecast of 110 million yen to 305 million yen (compared to 313 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 64.9% to 2.6%.

Furthermore, the full-year net income forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 360 million yen(compared to 323 million yen in the previous period).
