Guidance Update Report

Ascot Corp. <3264> [TSE-S] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 23rd (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 has been revised upward by 2.4 times, from the previous forecast of 1.85 billion yen to 4.41 billion yen (compared to 1 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 83.3% to 4.4 times, reaches new record high for the first time in seventeen terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase by 2.2 times, from the previous forecast of 2.07 billion yen to 4.64 billion yen (compared to 992 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 2.1 times to 4.7 times.

In light of the strong performance, the company has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 5 yen for the last fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 3 yen in the prior term).
