Guidance Update Report

Bank of The Ryukyus,Limited <8399> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 24th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 45.0%, from the previous forecast of 3.5 billion yen to 5.07 billion yen (compared to 5.38 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 35.0% to 5.8%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 8.5 billion yen(compared to 8.45 billion yen in the previous period).
