ItoKuro Inc. <6049> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 13th (15:30). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2024 (November 2023 to July 2024) turned into a loss of 21 million yen (compared to a profit of 555 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary loss for the August to October period (4Q) is expected to further decrease to loss of 49 million yen (compared to a loss of 164 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (3Q), the ordinary profit dropped to 124 million yen, a 38.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 17.0% in the same period last year to 9.5%.
