CRE, Inc. <3458> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2024 increased by 1.8% from the previous period to 6.81 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 6.05 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending July 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 16.3% to 7.93 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the ordinary dividend at 27 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged to 9.9 times that of the same period last year, reaching 6.5 billion yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 6.0% in the same period last year to 18.6%.
