Verite Co.,Ltd. <9904> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (13:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 10.1% from the previous period to 919 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 4.6% from the previous period to 877 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 20.98 yen, an increase of 2.48 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit increased 55.1% from the same period last year, reaching 363 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 11.6% in the same period last year to 13.8%.
