Earnings ReportTOBISHIMA HOLDINGS Inc. <256A> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 20.0% from the previous period to 5.73 billion yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 4.9 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 1.2% to 5.8 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 100 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 2.02 billion yen, a 7.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 6.0% in the same period last year to 6.2%.
