CONSEC CORPORATION <9895> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) expanded 78 million yen, an increase 32.2% compared to the same period last year. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 200 million yen was 39.0%, also falling below the five-year average of 42.6%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to surge 2.2 times that of the same period last year, reaching 122 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 39.8% from the same period last year, reaching 116 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.6% in the same period last year to 3.0%.
