UNICAFE INC. <2597> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 expanded 40.7% from the previous period to 536 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 14.2% from the previous period to 460 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to forego the previously undecided year-end lump-sum dividend, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 46.2% from the same period last year, reaching 155 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.4% in the same period last year to 4.4%.
