WILSON LEARNING WORLDWIDE INC. <9610> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 24th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 10 million yen to a loss of 200 million yen (compared to a loss of 591 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 198 million yen to a loss of 12 million yen (compared to a loss of 274 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

At the same time, the company has decided to forego the year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year, which had previously been undecided (compared to no dividend in the prior term), and the policy has been set to continue with no dividends.
