Business Coach Inc. <9562> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 16th (15:30). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 42.9%, from the previous forecast of 70 million yen to 100 million yen (compared to 54 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 29.6% to 85.2%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 4.8 times, from the previous forecast of 8 million yen to 38 million yen (compared to 34 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to an 11.8% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
