Earnings ReportBizmates, Inc. <9345> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) decreased 16.3% from the same period last year to 200 million yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 41.6%, from the previous forecast of 428 million yen to 250 million yen (compared to 340 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 26.5% decrease in profit.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the downward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the July to December period (second half) has decreased 54.9%, from the previous forecast of 324 million yen to 146 million yen (compared to 203 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 28.1% decrease in profit.
At the same time, due to a planned 2-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for September 30, the year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year has been revised from the original plan of 20 yen to 15 yen (equivalent to 30 yen before the forward stock split) This effectively represents a -25.0% reduced in the annual dividend.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 96 million yen, a 5.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 11.6% in the same period last year to 10.9%.
