Toyo Logistics, Ordinary Profit Forecast for First Half Revised Upward to an Unexpected 1% Increase

Toyo Logistics Co.,Ltd. <9306> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 30th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 16.3%, from the previous forecast of 0.80 billion yen to 0.93 billion yen (compared to 0.92 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 0.9% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 1.75 billion yen(compared to 1.85 billion yen in the previous period).
