Guidance Update Report

DAISHO CO.,LTD. <2816> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 30th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 69.2%, from the previous forecast of 130 million yen to 220 million yen (compared to 420 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 69.0% to 47.6%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 600 million yen(compared to 673 million yen in the previous period).
