Earnings ReportNS United Kaiun Kaisha,Ltd. <9110> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 30th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 14.3% from the previous period to 19 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to drop by 47.4% from the previous period to 10 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 2.08 billion yen, a 55.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 7.2% in the same period last year to 5.8%.
