Guidance Update ReportDAIKI ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. <5702> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 30th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 66.8%, from the previous forecast of 2.11 billion yen to 0.7 billion yen (compared to 3.24 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 35.0% to 78.4%. However, the full-year consolidated operating profit has been revised upward 0.2%, from the previous forecast of 4.79 billion yen to 4.8 billion yen (compared to 4.61 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 3.7% to 3.9%.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated net income/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.51 billion yen to a loss of 0.89 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.65 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
