Daiwa Securities Living Investment Corporation <8986> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 22nd (15:30). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 12.7%, from the previous forecast of 5.96 billion yen to 6.72 billion yen (compared to 6.60 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 1.8% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 2510 yen to 2600 yen (compared to 2700 yen in the previous period).
